What is Funky Otter?

Funky Otter is the latest and greatest place to buy officially licensed apparel for your school. Funky Otter sells only the highest-quality garments with new and edgy designs you normally don’t see.

For over thirty years, our parent company has been producing licensed apparel for the best retailers across the country. That is awesome, but we decided it was time to get a bit funky. So, after countless hours of creating amazing designs, many photoshoots, finding the best t-shirt manufacturers and perfecting our unique printing process, we are proud to bring you Funky Otter!

 

Are you licensed to sell my school?

If you see your school on FunkyOtter.com, then the answer is YES. Funky Otter's parent company holds licenses for thousands of schools, and with every purchase a portion of the proceeds goes back to your school. You get a great t-shirt, your school gets paid, and everybody wins!

If you don’t see your school, no worries. We have a team of people ready to contact your school and get them Funky-fied. If you would like us to approach your school, please contact us and we will get on it.

As we are an internet-based company the best method to contact us is by email through our contact form

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

Everything we do at Funky Otter is custom and unique, just like you. We print your item at the time you order it and, therefore, we generally do not accept returns/exchanges on items. However, if we messed up on our side, we want to make sure we take care of you. We do accept limited returns/exchanges if your item has spelling errors, manufacturer damage or defects or items damaged in shipment.

We want your experience to be great, so if you have any questions, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can help. 

 

When will my items ship? 

We strive to ship all items in a timely manner, however, backorders do occur. Below you will find our Standard Shipping Terms:

Our Standard Shipping Terms are as follows:
Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. However, we ask that you please allow up to 10 business days for estimated shipping date of in stock items. Items marked as a special order can take up to 4 weeks. In the event of a backorder, shipping may take longer due to production schedules. We ship small orders by UPS or USPS at our published shipping and handling rates.

 

Where are your products made?

All Funky Otter products are made and shipped from our Oklahoma-based printing and distribution facility.

 

Do you offer discounts when ordering in bulk? 

Coming soon we will offer bulk pricing on orders when you purchase 36 or more of the same garment and design. The size & color can be different as long as the garment and design are the same. There is an upsize charge for sizes 2XL & larger. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Please contact us to let us know you are interested in bulk purchasing so when we start you will be the first to know. 

 

Do you have a catalog? 

Currently we do not have a printed catalog, all of our products are listed online.

 

Do you sell wholesale? 

No, not at this time...but coming soon we will offer bulk discounts when you order 36 or more of an item. Please contact us to let us know you are interested so when we start selling in bulk you will be the first to know. 

 

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii? 

Yes, we do.

  

Why was my card declined? 

Credit cards can be declined for several reasons. One we see most often is an error in the "Bill To" address. You must be sure that the billing address for the credit card is the same as the billing address on the order you are trying to enter. You may also need to double check the credit card number and the CVV2 number of your card.

 

Is my information secure? How do you protect my privacy? 

Your information is secure! We use the most up-to-date security technologies to create a secured connection for all transactions. Also, we never store credit card information in our computers so even if someone could get into our computers they would find nothing! We do not share ANY personal information that we receive on our website; your email address, mailing address and all other information is kept private! How does my school earn royalties?

Funky Otter pays each licensed school a royalty on every sale from that school's online store. Schools which are licensed through the NFHS Licensing Program receive their royalties directly from NFHS. Funky Otter and its parent company have paid over $15,000,000 in royalties to schools over the years.

 

Can I get a customized Funky Otter flyer to post at my school?

Heck YES! Just email us here and we will get one of our amazing designers to produce something Funk-tastic.
